Reflect, and Then Go Forth into Yourself - Clear and Open

As 2018 comes to a close, it is apropos for us to take a look back and see how far we’ve come. This is a great time of year to reflect on growth and lessons learned. It’s also good to look deep and see the areas where we still need work.

For me, 2018 meant working through doubts and fears over my new branding and website, taking on a softer, hopefully more relatable voice in my writing, and examining the ways in which I can make my teachings more accessible to those who want to work on themselves.

I realize I still have a ways to go to find that sweet spot, but I’m pushing myself and trying new things. One of those things is a new group coaching format for the live courses, where you’ll get the same kind of attention I give my one-on-one clients, but with the benefits of group support.

I am beyond excited about the upcoming seminar, Managing with Inquiry: Create Powerful Change through Radical Acceptance. With the new format, you’ll find the opportunity for immersive learning, i.e. fast growth. You’ll examine your habits, beliefs, and patterns, and turn them completely upside down.
