What If Change Didn’t Take Time?
What’s your most important resource?
Is it money? Time? Knowledge? Attention? Nope.
It’s your ability to change. I have some news for you: Whatever it is you’re after, it requires you to change. New habits. New behaviors. New ways of thinking and being. Rarely does mere intention do the trick. Have you noticed?
Introducing: Learning For Change
An eleven-week group coaching seminar
If you want different results in your life, you need to do new, often uncomfortable things that challenge you to be a different kind of person. While we all like to say, “I don’t know how,” or “Change takes time,” the real reason that stops most people is their unconscious relationship to change itself.
Your ability to identify the needed change and take effective steps to execute is everything. Many people know exactly what they need to do for years, even decades, before doing it, and that gap is entirely about their relationship to change.
Is it possible to change how you relate to change?
You bet–and the first step is realizing that’s the issue.
A Different Approach
You were taught that knowing about something is enough. You know by now that it’s not. There’s an old saying in zen, “To understand and not to be is not to truly understand.”
How do you bridge the gap between mere mental understanding and true embodiment of what you know? How do you do this as quickly as possible?
That’s what you’ll learn in this eleven-week course, beginning January 9, 2020. Come prepared to become someone else, who happens to be You.
What does change mean to you?
Is change something you resist, or do you eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? Are you stuck in your ways while you expect others around you to change first? Have you decided already that you “Know yourself” and so already put a cap on what you’re capable of?
Do you have a sense that you could be doing something greater? Be something greater? That sense is not your imagination. It’s the part of you that knows you’re more than who you are right now. But there’s a catch: you don’t get to know who or what that is in advance. Do you have the courage to find out anyway?
If you do, then this seminar is for you.
In this live group coaching seminar, we’ll cover:
- You’re unproductive beliefs and attitudes about change
- New, productive orientations toward change
- How to recognize what changes Life is asking from you
- What deep change actually entails and how to make it happen quickly
- How to relate to any teacher, coach, manager, etc. for maximum benefit
- How to track your resistance and excuses and get them out of your way
- Authority projections and how they get in the way
- How to find your healthy self-interest as a foundation
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Learning about yourself and making the deep, transformative changes that you seek is made much easier when you’re surrounded by a reliable, caring community that will naturally reflect and mirror new methods and ways of operating.
In the Clear and Open Dojo, the community is connected with the power of paradigm-shifting methodology. We practice “Un-Doing.” One of the first things you’ll learn is that what you’re taught in school is mostly useless and ineffective when it comes to living your best life.
WHAT DOJO MEMBERS ARE SAYING
Josef is unlike any coach I’ve worked with: he’s wicked smart, calls me on my bullshit, gets right to the heart of the matter, and sees through to the root issues. He’s opened my eyes to unconscious motives and patterns of behaviors that I see now are at the root of my struggles. I’m changing and growing in ways I kept trying to accomplish on my own but struggled with. I’m learning to turn toward discomfort I used to run from, which isn’t fun at times, but the hard work is paying off. I also am developing a kind of X-Ray vision into reading people, helping me in sales, management, and fascinatingly in my personal life.”
“Through the Clear and Open courses, I’ve realized key shadow aspects of my personality that held me back in more ways than I’d ever realized. I have grown immensely since engaging in them and I can honestly say NONE of this would have been brought to light without Josef. His ability to get you to critically think (and if you think you know how to do this already, you don’t) is life-changing. Josef has an extraordinary talent to coach people through the darkness to the light. My life wouldn’t be the same without his guidance and support.”
“I am a stronger, more consistent leader as a result of my participation in Clear and Open. Josef brings rigorous inquiry into all aspects of being. Working with Josef is beyond coaching. It’s like having a really great personal trainer but for business, with an insistence on excellence at every turn. As with any great workout, it hurts, but I am so much more ready to meet the unexpected challenges.”
When I contacted Josef, I knew that the CEO I was to get my company to our first million dollar year was not the CEO I had to be to get us to 5 and 10 million dollars. I had to be different, I had to learn new skills, I had to manage my people differently and I had to manage our resources differently. His insight was tremendous. The real proof is in the profits and the comments from my employees. ‘You are the best CEO we’ve ever seen you be and the best CEO I’ve ever worked for.’ Comments like those abound since working with Josef.”
Clear and Open revealed to me my gifts. I had only a vague sense of the kind of leader I already was, buried under a pile of chronic overwhelm. I’m now well on my to becoming a bigger version of myself that I always thought was possible, but couldn’t quite see the path to get there. I see now that getting extremely well-organized is a key stepping stone to more advanced forms of management that I’m now able to learn and practice, and the business results are already starting to show up. I can’t wait to see where this leads me. This has truly been a game-changer and was exactly what I was looking for. Fantastic.”
Josef pushes my edge in a way that challenges me to be better. If I have blind spots or thinking that doesn’t serve me, I know Josef will help me see it. He gives me something I instinctively know I need to be my best.
